This is two 4oz bottles of organic aromatherapy body mist. Directions: Spray over entire body after showering. Because Purist Aromas is 100% organic and natural we do not add surfactants or alcohol to our body mists. This means you must vigorously shake the bottle (with the cap on) before each use. If you do not shake the bottle up enough before each use, the essential oils will float to the top and not get dispersed onto your body.
